Hvis du handler som privatperson på vores side, gælder vilkårene i Forbrugeraftaleloven, og du kan påberåbe dig reglerne i disse love i enhver kontakt med os. Hvis du handler som virksomhedskunde, det vil sige alle former for handel med juridiske enheder, gælder følgende købsbetingelser for al handel med Copacliving.dk och UIF Sw AB. Compactliving.dk ejes af United Internet Furniture Sweden AB org: 556827-0382, og aftaler mellem alle kunder er derfor mellem disse parter.

Priser
Priserne er angivet i Danske kroner (DKK). Priserne er inklusive moms og andre gældende afgifter. Indkøbskurven viser den endelige pris inklusive alle gebyrer såsom moms, fragt og yderligere gebyrer. Vi vil gøre vores bedste for at sikre, at priserne på vores hjemmeside er nøjagtige og opdaterede. Betaling

Alle produkter, som Compact living.dk sender ud, er United Internet Furniture Sweden ABs ejendom, indtil produktet er betalt fuldt ud til United Internet Furniture Sweden AB, og at underskrevet og modtaget levering er foretaget til den tiltænkte køber af varerne. Skulle en betaling fra en køber af en eller anden grund vise sig at være forkert eller på anden måde ikke kunne gennemføres, er alle varer i den aktuelle købsaftale United Internet Furniture Sweden ABs ejendom, uanset om levering til slutkunden har fundet sted.


Når det drejer sig om køb af usamlede møbler, gælder der særlige regler. Hvis monteringsydelser ikke er købt gennem Compact living.dk, er køber ansvarlig for monteringen og eventuelle skader, der opstår der. Den vedlagte monteringsvejledning skal anvendes, og møblerne skal samles et beskyttet sted, så gulvet ikke ridser eller beskadiger møblerne.


Reklamationsret
Når det kommer til møbler, gælder den sædvanlige reklamationsret i henhold till forbrugerkøbsloven for private kunder; møblerne skal modstå normal slitage og belastning i den lovpligtige periode. For erhvervskunder tilstræber Bäddsoffexperten, at møblerne opfylder de kvalitetsstandarder, der er sædvanlige i branchen på leveringstidspunktet. Skulle skader, der kan spores tilbage til en fabrikationsfejl, opstå senere end modtagelsen, skal dette reguleres mellem parterne i hvert enkelt tilfælde. Alle skader, der er synlige på leveringstidspunktet, skal anmeldes inden for 7 dage efter levering. Skader, der opdages senere, skal anmeldes inden for et år efter modtagelsen. Compact living.dk har til hensigt at være behjælpelige med at finde løsninger for alle kunder, men Compact living.dk er fri til at afhjælpe eller undlade skader, der anmeldes efter ovenstående frister. Compact living har til hensigt at afhjælpe sådanne mangler i videst muligt omfang i tilfælde, hvor kunderne har en høflig holdning og er hjælpsomme i denne henseende. I tilfælde af reklamationer garanterer vi ikke, at alle mangler kan afhjælpes på stedet, men at varerne i nogle tilfælde skal transporteres.



Erstatning for en reklameret vare, hvis en reklamation medfører, at varen skal udskiftes efter et stykke tid, er Bäddsoffexperten ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle omkostninger, kunden har afholdt i forbindelse med afhjælpning af den mangel eller skade, der er opstået som følge heraf, forårsaget af kunden eller en tredjepart. Compact living.dk er kun ansvarlig for omkostninger til møbler, der i henhold til reglerne for reklamationer er godkendt af Compact living.dk


Fortrydelsesret
I henhold til Forbrugeraftaleloven, har kunden ret til at fortryde købet af en vare inden for 14 dage efter levering, men skal derefter afholde alle omkostninger forbundet hermed. I tilfælde af usamlede møbler er disse omkostninger omfattende. Hos compact living går vi langt ud over dette for at garantere tilfredse kunder, vi tilbyder 14 dages åbent køb i vores fysiske butik. Specialbestilte varer, der ikke er afbildet i det normale sortiment, accepteres generelt ikke til returnering. Alle returnerede varer skal returneres i originalemballagen. Samlede møbler accepteres generelt ikke til returnering, men Compact living.dk stræber efter at have 100% tilfredse kunder, og Compact living.dk er derfor frie til selv at bestemme i hvert enkelt tilfælde. Varerne skal returneres i originalemballagen inden for 14 dage efter levering. Du har ret til at åbne emballagen og inspicere varerne, inden du returnerer dem. By ordering a product from compact living.dk you agree to the following payment, delivery and complaint terms. If you shop as a private person on our part, the terms of the Distance Forbrugeraftaleloven, apply and you can invoke the rules in these laws in the event of any inquiries to us. If you shop as a corporate customer, all forms of trading with legal entities, the following terms and conditions apply to all trading with compact living.dk is owned by United Internet Furniture Sweden AB org: 556827-0382 and agreements between all customers on compactliving.dk are therefore between these parties.


Payment


Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Shopify.

Card payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your chosen payment type (Debit card or credit card) will be charged when you submit your order at the final stage of the checkout.


Prices are given in Danish Crowns DKK. Prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes. The shopping cart will show the final price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and additional fees. We will do what we reasonably can to ensure that the prices stated on our website are accurate and up to date. In the event of any pricing errors, you will be notified by email or telephone and we will give you the opportunity to re-confirm your order at the correct price.


All products that compact living.dk sends out are in United Internet Furniture Sweden AB’s possession until the product has been paid in full to United Internet Furniture Sweden AB, and that signed and received delivery has been made to the intended buyer of the product. Should for any reason a payment from a buyer prove to be incorrect or otherwise could not be fulfilled, all goods in the current purchase agreement in United Internet Furniture Sweden AB are owned regardless of whether delivery has finally taken place to the customer.

When it comes to buying unassembled furniture, special rules apply. If installation services have not been purchased through compact living.dk, the buyer is responsible for the installation and any damage that occurs there. The enclosed installation instructions must be used and the furniture must be mounted in a protected place so that the floor does not scratch or damage the furniture.

In the case of furniture, the usual right of complaint applies according to the Forbrugeraftaleloven, for private customers, the furniture must withstand normal wear and tear and load for the time prescribed by law. When it comes to corporate customers, Baddsoffexperten.se has an ambition that the furniture will meet the quality standards that are customary in the industry at the time of delivery. Should damage that can be traced to manufacturing defects occur at a later time than the time of receipt, this shall be settled between the parties on each individual occasion. All damage visible at the time of delivery must be reported within 7 days after delivery, damage discovered later must be reported within one year after receipt. Compact living.dk intends to be helpful in finding solutions for all customers, but damages that are reported after the above-mentioned deadlines, compact living.dk is free to remedy or not. compact living.dk intends to remedy such errors to the greatest extent possible in cases where customers have a accommodating attitude and are helpful with this. In the event of any complaints, we do not guarantee that all faults can be rectified on site, but that in some cases the product may need to be transported.

Compensation for a complained item, should a complaint mean that the sofa must be replaced after a while, Baddsoffexperten.se is not responsible for any costs the customer has incurred in repairing the defect or damage caused due to this caused by the customer or third party. Right of withdrawal

According to Forbrugeraftaleloven, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days of delivery, but must then bear all costs associated with this. Specially ordered items that are not pictured in the regular range are usually not returnebale. All returned goods must be returned in original packaging. Assembled furniture is usually not returnebale, but compact living.dk strives to have 100% satisfied customers and the compact living.dk is therefore free to decide in each individual case. In cases where assembled furniture is returned, compact living.dk reserves the right to make a deduction for any reduction in value. As a customer, you have the right to inspect an item before you choose whether you want to return it or not, so you can open the packages. When it comes to sale goods and outlet goods, there is usually no open purchase of these, but we take it from case to case as we strive for satisfied customers. However, the product must be able to be returned in the original pre-packaging without it being damaged during transport.

Damaged Items

When you receive your items it is important that you inspect the shipment immediately. Should the packaging be damaged, notify the shipping company directly. Always save the confirmation you receive that your shipment is damaged.


Return Policy

For all private customers who shop on our sites, we offer 14 days return within Denmark. For the return of goods purchased on the internet, the rules in Forbrugeraftaleloven apply. We go beyond these and offer 14 days of open purchase if you return the Item in our shop. For all returns, the product must be paid in full before return to our shop. For the return the customer must be helpful in filling in our return papers and arrange for a return to be feasible in our shipping system. The item must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product before returning. Specially ordered items that are not pictured in the regular range are usually not returnebale.
