Right of complaint
When it comes to furniture, the usual right of complaint applies in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act for private customers; the furniture must withstand normal wear and tear and stress during the statutory period. For business customers, Bäddsoffexperten strives to ensure that the furniture meets the quality standards that are customary in the industry at the time of delivery. Should damage that can be traced back to a manufacturing defect occur later than upon receipt, this must be settled between the parties in each individual case. All damage visible at the time of delivery must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Damage discovered later must be reported within one year of receipt. Compact living.dk intends to be helpful in finding solutions for all customers, but Compact living.dk is free to remedy or disregard damage reported after the above deadlines. Compact living intends to remedy such defects to the greatest extent possible in cases where customers are polite and helpful in this regard. In the event of complaints, we do not guarantee that all defects can be remedied on site, but that in some cases the goods must be transported.
Replacement of a claimed item If a complaint results in the item having to be replaced after a period of time, Bäddsoffexperten is not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer in connection with remedying the defect or damage that has arisen as a result, caused by the customer or a third party. Compact living.dk is only liable for costs for furniture that has been approved by Compact living.dk in accordance with the rules for complaints.
